鋁單板表面一般經(jīng)過鉻化等處理后，再采用氟碳噴涂處理。氟碳涂料底漆面漆和清漆的聚偏乙烯樹脂(KANR500)。一般分為二涂、三涂和四涂。氟碳涂層具有卓越的抗腐蝕性和耐熱性，能抗酸雨、鹽霧和各種空氣污染物。耐冷熱性能極好，能抵御強(qiáng)烈紫外線的照射能長(zhǎng)期保持不褪色、不粉化，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。我廠選用世界知名的氟碳涂料生產(chǎn)商PPG、DNT、AKZO、NIPPON等公司的優(yōu)質(zhì)氟碳涂料，顏色選擇廣泛，客戶可直接按廠家提供的色板選用或提供色板樣。
